Historic river cabin on the famed AuSable River. Newly remodeled the cabin is nestled along the 'holy water', a fly's only catch and release section of the AuSable. The cabin has two bedrooms one bath and kitchen- living area combined. Outdoor grill with fire pit on the river bank with firewood. Wadable fishing right out the cabin door. Pets are considered, dogs only. Breed and number of dogs to be disclosed at time of inquiry. Owners live on property.

Porch with a swing and a large deck offering superior view of the Au Sable. Firepit and bench at the river's edge. Woodsy location with spectacular fall colors. Cottage interior consists of 3 bedrooms, 3/4 bath (shower only, no tub), fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a massive brick, dual-sided fireplace, a focal point of the living room.
