There is a nice back garden and a space for eating outside, the house has everything you need for a short stay. The area is quiet but it is still only a ten minute walk to Sligo town centre. Located in North Sligo on the Wild Atlantic Way, Yeats Cottage is a self catering apartment nestled under Sligo’s mythical mountain Benbulben. In a rural tranquil setting, it’s a five minute walk to Davis’s pub & restaurant, Drumcliffe Tea House & Drumcliffe Church, the final resting place of Ireland’s famous poet W.B. Yeats. It is a short drive to Lissadell House, birth place of Irish Revolutionary Countess Markievicz and the stunning Glencar Waterfall.

This is a very well loved and lived in home. A 10 minute walk will bring you to Sligo town centre and all it's attractions. There is free parking available making it an ideal location for touring the wider area and enjoying the great outdoors. My husband and I live here part-time with our dog, and we share it with a friend who lives there full-time. It's definitely a home and not a hotel. Guests are welcome to settle in and enjoy our space with us!
