The city of Evora is one of Portugal's finest, especially if you are visiting the country with aspirations of seeing some intriguing historical sights. Evora Portugal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks largely in part to its old town center and its Roman, medieval era, and seventeenth century walls. You'll also find a Roman Temple here, not to mention an abundance of beautiful sixteenth and seventeenth century homes. Often referred to as an open-air museum, Evora is truly special. Our walking tour takes us to the roman Temple for some explanations and fotos. The temple dates from the 1st. century AC and is the most famous landmark of Évora. Next to it is the Cathedral, from the 12th century, that we will visit inside. Afterwards we will continue along the narrow streets to the city's lively main square, which is known as the Praca do Giraldo, attractive townhouses with intricate wrought-iron balconies adorn the square. The visit to the St. Francis Church and the famous odd Bone's Chapel is our next experience. At last but not least the visit to the historical University founded on the 1st. of November 1559 and the local market. Don't miss the famous unique cork products. . .Portugal produces more than 60% of the cork products in the world. During this walking tour, with me as a certified guide you will be guided inside all the monuments.

Proponho mostrar a maior Adega Vinicola de Portugal e uma das maiores da Europa, a Herdade do Esporão, onde se faz dos melhores vinhos do mundo. Teremos oportunidade de fazer prova de varios vinhos. Iremos também visitar um dos Castelos mais bonitos de Portugal, o Castelo de Monsaraz. Ou seja,um pouco de História e Enologia.

Um passeio com duração máxima de 3 horas. O ponto de encontro é na praça principal da cidade, a Praça do Giraldo. Neste local temos muito para lhe contar sobre a nossa amada. Descemos então a rua Romão Ramalho até à Igreja de São Francisco, na sua entrada contamos tudo sobre este incrível monumento e faremos uma visita ao seu interior onde se escondem os mais impressionantes segredos. Como seria de esperar não vamos embora sem visitar também a inacreditável Capela dos Ossos. Segue-se um breve vislumbre do Jardim Público e do Palácio Dom Manuel e rumaremos ao topo da cidade. Passamos pela fachada com os meninos da Graça e pela travessa da Caraça. Junto às antigas muralhas romanas uma pausa para café e um petisco doce ou salgado típico da região. Depois contamos incríveis histórias junto à câmara municipal e subimos pela rua Vasco da Gama até ao Templo Romano e Catedral. Aqui terá a oportunidade de subir ao terraço da Catedral e vislumbrar toda a cidade e região que nos rodeia. Seguimos pelas traseiras da catedral até ao pátio de São Miguel, ponto importante para a história do nosso país. Daqui, descemos até às Portas de Moura e iniciaremos caminho para finalizar o nosso passeio. Durante todo o trajecto iremos fazer curtas paragens em locais específicos para contar desde simples curiosidades até importantes factos que construíram não só a nossa cidade como também Portugal. Outras observações É um passeio e não uma caminhada. O ritmo será muito baixo mas tenha em atenção que se trata de uma cidade com 2.000 anos, os pavimentos são irregulares e algumas ruas têm bastante declive.

Sairemos do Posto de Turismo de Évora na Praça Central, para visitar a 12 kms o monumento mais antigo da Europa e um dos mais antigos do mundo, o Cromeleque dos Almendres, um lugar mágico, cheio de misticismo e boas energias, composto por 95 pedras com 7000 anos, dispostas em forma oval, de nascente para poente, e algumas com desenhos e simbolos gravados. Visitaremos também ao lado o gigantesco Menir que no solesticio de verão está alinhado com o centro do cromeleque. Ainda hoje é um lugar que atrai gente de todo o mundo por sentirem um magnetismo bom ao caminhar por entre estas pedras.

Um passeio com duração de 4 horas. O ponto de encontro é na Praça do Giraldo, a Praça principal da cidade. Daqui, na nossa van com capacidade para 8 lugares, rumaremos primeiro a São Pedro do Corval. Nesta aldeia iremos fazer uma visita a uma olaria, negócio de familia por mais de 3 gerações. Terá a oportunidade de conhecer o ciclo de manufactura das peças de barro e de assistir ao artesão a trabalhar. Caso pretenda poderá adquirir uma recordação para levar. Seguimos depois caminho para Monsaraz. Chegando a esta incrível vila medieval iremos conversar sobre tudo o que nos rodeia, nomeadamente sobre o lago Alqueva. Desta vila que fica no topo de um monte, vislumbra-se o maior lago artificial da Europa. Entramos depois a pé na vila medieval, na sua praça principal irá perceber o contexto histórico, cultural e social desta vila, considerada em inúmeras publicações a mais bela de Portugal. É então tempo de explorar por si próprio este inacreditável lugar. Por uma hora, poderá vaguear pelas ruas sentido que fez uma viagem no tempo para a época medieval. Em cada esquina, beco ou viela uma incrível paisagem ou curiosidade arquitectónica. Não iniciaremos a nossa viagem de volta a Évora sem usufruir de uma prova de vinhos. Com vinhos que possivelmente nunca terá provado e não irá encontrar facilmente noutro lugar do Mundo.

We welcome you on our alpaca farm and shear with you some information about the Alpaca life habits and birth. We will then enter the alpaca area Meet & Feed the alpacas , guide you how to feed them and you will find out yourself their own character, see which one of the alpaca likes you the most and maybe you will able to pet them. There also will be time to take pictures with your favorite Alpaca. We will walk around the land , visit the wild horses and from there we will walk to the podium on top of the hill to see the view around the area . After the tour (if you have extra time) we welcome you to chill and take a deep dive in our resort swimming pool , just bring a towel with you :) Were it takes place. With our team you will enjoy a unique horse back riding along one of the most beautiful beaches in the Alentejo coast, some extensive dunes and the pine forest of the virgin area of Melides! We begin our tour by giving some brief and essential informations so that everyone can have some control on their horses during the ride. The ride starts by the pine and dune forest, where everyone has the opportunity to get to know theirs horses and also feel comfortable: the idea is that everyone can trust their horses before we get to the beach and enjoy a more relaxed ride. The ride goes along a paradisiac beach with more than 60 km of coast. You will feel the proximity to the ocean and all the beauty of being in contact with the virgin nature of Portugal. We also pass close to Melides' sweet water lagoon where you will see a lot of different bird species! Don’t worry if you’ve never been on a horse before, our team will give you some useful informations before the ride starts and you will be always with a guide during the tour: that guide will help you everytime you need! Our horse back rides are carried out on walk and in a line, but in case there's someone with equestrian experience, for them it will be given the opportunity to do some trot and canter, orientated by the guide! The guests will be greeted by me at the meeting point and then we will walk to the viewing spot and join me for an unforgettable sunset moment overlooking the most incredible 360⁰ view with a picnic spread of "petiscos". The "petiscos" consist of local products such as wine, bread, cheeses and presunto, and a few other bits depending on the season. Watch the sun as it reaches the horizon, and observe the landscape changing colour to a golden glow as if the sun was blowing a kiss towards Earth. As you sip on your wine and enjoy the tasty "petiscos", just for a minute stand still, look at the sky, observe the sunset and it's symphony of colours, how it continually changes in shape and color, and contemplate how amazing your life is. During the sunset and as the sky darkens, with your glass in hand, we will have the opportunity to make new friendships and share our own stories, providing a special moment for each individual. I will share my appreciation and respect for nature, its uniqueness and the harmony one can observe from the viewpoint, listen to the birdsong and watch the natural world calmly.
