Come and spend a wonderful afternoon at my place learning the craft of traditional french croissant in a fun and relaxed environment. We will visit one of the popular bakeries in Shanghai and have a blind taste of 1-3 different kinds of bread then come back to my place, bake and eat some of your delicious creations. You will leave with all the skills, recipe, knowledge you need to bake your own croissant bread at home.

If you prefer a private small group, let me know in advance.
Other things to note
Let me know if you are allergic to anything in advance.
Try not to wear anything black in case you want to be visually flour dusted.
Gloves will be provided if you are a girl in favour of nail polish.

I was born and raised in French concession in Shanghai, back in 2011, i ended my office career and decided to move to Lhasa pursuing for different life in the Himalaya Plateau. My purpose to study culinary at Le Cordon Bleu was to fuse the Classical French bakin with Tibetan Ingredients to create something unique and exotic, soon after enrolled at the Culinary school, I found myself fell in love with patisserie & boulangerie. The earthy wheat smell, the kneading skill, chocolate tempering, etc..everything attracts me. Now i'm back to the place where I was born to share with u everything I know about food.

A wonderful experience learning to make cinnamon bun! The host was very thoughtful, prepared all the ingredients beforehand and led us through each step, even treated us coffee while wait for the end products, which needless to say, were my own masterpieces lol

非常有趣的一次体验。在家做过一些简单的点心DIY,但了解到可颂的做法较为复杂,需要精确化的过程,所以选择来现场体验。房东非常专业,对西点制作有独到的经验,整个过程体验到可颂完整的制作流程。我们玩得很开心,期待有机会下次再见!
