we have a fabulous upper room accessed by a staircase (no lift). it has a separate entrance and is fully self contained with a bathroom, kitchenette and small lounge room. there is also access to a reading room and it is furnished in period furniture

Stay in a restored farm house with all the charm of its 95 years and the comfort of modern conveniences. Situated on a working sheep and cropping farm on the outskirts of the country village of The Rock, we're 30min from Wagga CBD, 25 min to Kapooka, 1hr from Albury, and in the heart of Lockhart Shire. The house boasts 3 generous bedrooms accomadating up to 7 guests. All rooms have views to country vistas and The Rock over the fields. Full kitchen, bathroom laundry & plenty of outdoor space.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of our olive grove. Far from the mad rush but close enough to go sightseeing, shopping, a night at the theater, or whatever takes your fancy come back to enjoy birds singing and the beautiful big starry sky at night. It doesn't matter if you are big, small, brown, pink, yellow, purple, a he, a she, aren't sure yet what you are or who you like as long as you like beautiful sunsets, animals and maybe a nice glass of red (or white, or rosé... we're not difficult!)
