Full kitchen with cutlery and pans (if you need any special item, let me know and I can let you borrow it from the main house). Breakfast bar for dining, or if you prefer you can use my screened in porch for al-fresco dining at the main house. Also includes outdoor shower for rinsing off after long days at the beach.

Welcome to Historic Spofford Mills. The neighborhood was Built in the 1900’s as company housing for the nearby Mill and was one of the first planned communities in Wilmington. The old Trolley path ran at the end of Hill street and connected Downtown with Wrightsville Beach with various stops in-between. Now called the Cross City Trail, you can bike to the beach in under 35 minutes (8.5 Miles) following the same route or bike to Historic Downtown in 15 mins. A short drive or bike to Grocery stores (Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Food Lion) Dining, Shopping, Gyms, Churches, and Golf...the best location to explore Wilmington!
