The building consists of two separate rooms, a bathroom with shower and a terrace, ideal to admire the spectacular view of the valley in direction of the village of Maronna, guessed in the distance where the valley closes in the direction of Tarapoto. The neighborhood, on the street side, is residential, and has 10-15 minutes walk from the main square of the city. On the opposite side, it is wild as we found the forest below and no neighbours; the land being located on a upland, you can see the whole valley at 180º.
