Set on a wide river frontage - 1/2 hour drive from Mildura and its airport. Bright spacious SC accommodation comprises QS bedroom and large adjoining deck with table and chairs and bbq. Private entrance, bathroom and toilet. Microwave, coffee-making facilities, toaster, bar fridge.
The River House is set well back from the road, right on the river. Nights are silent, mornings filled with birdsong.

The Redgum Room has its own entrance and private deck with table and chairs with a wide view of the river. Motel style facilities include bar fridge, microwave, toaster and electric jug. Laundry and dishwashing facilities adjoin the deck area.

Wentworth is a wonderful historic town, once the busiest ports in NSW, sitting on the junction of Australia's two longest rivers, the Murray and the Darling. Friendly people, some wonderful heritage buildings, green agricultural land growing grapes, citrus and olives bordering on the red Australian desert landscape of the Mallee. Wonderful wildlife.

I am an artist and illustrator of children's books with a love of photography. I moved to the Murray from Melbourne when I found this house - the location is spectacular. Australia's two biggest rivers meet here and the combined waters of the rivers flow past my riverbank - it has an energy that is irresistible.
My favorite travel destinations include Istanbul, Ubud in Bali and the Australian coastline and my camera is with me wherever I go, every day.
When you come to stay at the River House I'll be happy to share my knowledge and love of the Sunraysia area with you. I'm always here to help, but your time will be private and you'll have full use of the expansive riverbank which is the front garden of the house. I want you to enjoy the environment as much as I do.
