The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and very safe. It's about 10 minutes driving to Burl's Creek Event Grounds where a lot of events host here in the summer.4 mins drive to Bayview Memorial Park. 7 mins to Oro Beach Ontario and 5mins to Trehaven Golf & Country Club. Other attractions include petting zoo, trailer parks, beach, casino, bike trail, ATV trail, hiking trail, horse race track and shooting range.
