Hola, somos un matrimonio de jĆ³venes de 31 aƱos con una bella niƱa. Somos Ingenieros en InformĆ”tica y profesores de la Universidad de Oriente en Santiago de Cuba. Nos gusta mucho compartir en familia y salir con los amigos.
Cuando tenemos tiempo libre nos place ir a la playa, o ver pelĆculas juntos, claro, a veces es cĆ³mico porque yo prefiero los dramas, Ć©l prefiere los filmes de acciĆ³n, jajaja, pero en la casa hay un cartel que dice "En esta casa canta el gallo, pero manda la gallina", :-).
Ser propietarios de esta bella Casa Colonial hoy cuidadosamente convertida en Hostal y poder rentar varias habitaciones en ella es realmente la concresiĆ³n de un lindo sueƱo, que es estar juntos en familia y dirigir nuestro pequeƱo hotelito, un pequeƱo negocio que no hacemos sĆ³lo para obtener ingresos, sino porque nos sentimos muy a gusto socializando y ofreciendo nuestros servicios con cariƱo a clientes forĆ”neos y cubanos. Al despedir a un cliente, nada mejor que escuchar que se ha sentido a gusto, que recibiĆ³ un servicio diferente y de calidad. Si nos recomienda algĆŗn cambio, de seguro haremos todo por mejorar.
Hello, we are a marriage of young people of 31 years old with a beautiful girl. We are Informatic engineers and professors at the Universidad de Oriente in Santiago de Cuba. We love to share with family and go out with friends. When we have free time we like to go to the beach, or watching movies together, of course, sometimes it's funny because I prefer dramas, he prefers action movies, but In our house there is a sign that reads "In this house the cock sing, but the hen is in command" :-).
Owning this beautiful Colonial House nowadays carefully converted into Hostel, and being able to rent several rooms in it is really the realization of a beautiful dream, which is to be together as a family and run our little hotel, a small business that we do not manage only for having incomes, but because we feel very comfortable socializing and offering our services with love to foreign and Cuban clients. When we say goodbye to our customers, nothing better than hearing that they felt welcome, comfortable, receiving a different service, with quality, and if they recommend us some change, surely we will do everything to improve our services.

Colonial House dikonsepkan sebagai tuan rumah, di mana setiap hari ada tim kecil yang terdiri dari 4 pekerja yang dipimpin oleh pemilik rumah yang berdedikasi untuk mengurus kebutuhan pelanggan dengan senang hati.
Selama pagi hari kami menawarkan sarapan di halaman dalam rumah, kami memenuhi kebutuhan informasi atau permintaan pelanggan dan kami membuat kamar tamu di mana kami memiliki kebiasaan pembersihan dan penggantian handuk harian, serta penggantian perlengkapan tidur setiap dua malam. Kami ingin memberikan kebebasan kepada tamu kami, namun kami dapat dihubungi dan siap melayani kebutuhan mereka dengan senang hati.
