This is exactly the sort of villa you see in magazines for destination holidays, it really is so idyllic, peaceful and in the most beautiful setting!

*Please note the house managers are trained in Covid cleaning and hygiene maintenance. The house will have three days in-between each booking to enable full sanitisation*.

Tempat
The villa is very large and an easily sleep 10 people whilst feeling like there is plenty of space. All bedrooms have their own en suite and the two masters have stunning views of the beach and ocean.

The kitchen is extremely spacious with all the necessities you need. There is a large dining room area and also there is an outdoor area to dine with a bbq.

The living room is set off the kitchen which makes this area extremely sociable.

Guest toilet is set just off of the kitchen.

Large windowed doors open up revealing the outdoor area - sun loungers, comfortable sofa and table as well as hot tub and solar powered swimming pool (ozone). The pool is heated by solar power. If you would prefer a warm pool on days which are grey and cloudy, there is an option to heat the pool by propane at a cost of $150 per day. Please note the swimming pool and spa/tub to the side of the pool cannot be heated at the same time.!

A few steps down and you are on the beach.

Also included in the house is a private tennis court (with racket and tennis balls) with a viewing area and additional kitchen and living room area. To the other side of this is a football pitch.

* Please note the roads leading up to the development of the house are very cobbly/dirt roads and quite bumpy so you will need to make sure your vehicle will be suitable *

2 x large bedrooms (both with courtyard view) - 1 with King Size bed, 1 with Twin beds.

5th bedroom (no view) - King Size bed.

Please note that the pool is heated by solar power. If there are grey days and you would prefer the pool to be warm, there is an option to heat it by propane for an extra charge of $50 a day.

Please note that any equipment (fishing rods, paddle boards, kayak) that you use will be charged for if lost or damaged under your supervision. All must be returned to house after use each day.
