Great walks on 200 acre property and surrounding countryside.
Fantastic open log fireplace sits at the heart of the home .
Ideal as a romantic getaway or group of 4 adults . The driveway is gravel and is not suitable for cars with low profile wheels. It is ok for a Normal car or 4 x 4, we own a hyundai i30 and road has just been resurfaced .

if you wish to bring your own or extra firewood it is available by the bag at petrol station on highway turnoff.

great walks on the large rural property and neighbouring 450 acre pineforest
5 minute drive to Lake lyell fishing and water sports
35 minute drive the Jenolan Caves and Blue Mountains attractions.
We do also have a studio near the house suitable for a couple if only 2 adults only wish to stay at a cheaper rate than kookawood . Just search online for wattle cottage children are not permitted to stay at either cottage due to unfenced ponds and dams near the house and our collection of antiques and collectable are not replaceable if something is damaged or broken .

We are very respectful of other peoples properties and leave them spotless .
