The 53 sq.m apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the ‘Blue beach holiday homes’, has a swimming pool , 24 hour security and a beautiful garden!
Its an airy, well lit, spacious home with a high and tilted roof,giving more space to it.
The Bedroom is with a comfortable double bed and the living room with a SofaCumBed,

Basic amenities like TV, Fridge, Acs, Water purifier, DiningTable along with a furnished Kitchen add more to the apartment.
Spacious bathroom is with a gyser.
It is conveniently located at Arpora,less than a kilometer from the popular Calangute & Baga Beach and a walking distance from the well-known Saturday Night Market. It is in close proximity of Baga and Anjuna’s best restaurants, as well as the dozens of other pubs, hotels and eateries that dot the magnificent landscape.
Since it is a private apartment, there is no room-service but there is a restaurant in the Resort and many restaurants are nearby. The famous restaurant – Fat Fish is just a minute away.
If your mood and time allows, you can avail of the cooking facilities in the open kitchen with fridge, electric cooking stove, Microwave electric kettle, Coffee machine,a dining table for 4, cutlery & crockery items.
House-keeping & laundry services can be arranged at nominal cost.(It is not included in the rent charges of the apartment)
