This apartment is an ideal location for those looking to entertain or alternatively prefer some quiet R&R during their stay. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches and Twelve Apostles, relax on the patio during the day and enjoy the Jacuzzi 'whenever!' Most services, cafes and restaurants are in the Camps Bay Mall about 3-5 min. away or a 10-15 min. drive into the city. The four Clifton beaches and Camps Bay beach are a 20-25 minutes downhill walk, or 3 minutes by car.

Clifton Road is a single entry/exit cul-de-sac with ten homes on either side. Our location is on the highest street lot and abutts wit the boundary of Lion's Head Mountain Reserve that many guests enjoy hiking or going on a walkabout.

As such, the neighborhood is generally quiet except 'sometimes' on the weekends during high season. Regardless of the time of year, we hope to delight you with unexpected amenities and other services you may not find at similar properties in this area.

For the fit and adventurous, we have two mountain bikes available to leisurely explore the interesting homes and other areas of interest in and around Camps Bay (includes cleaned helmets).

Your floor is private and only accessible by you and your family or friends via a private elevator that opens up on your level. Avoiding hotels limits the potential daily risks in public while enjoying the same level of luxury and other benefits, but in private and controlled surroundings. Your level is not shared with anyone outside your group.

To clarify refund questions regarding Covid-19, should your airline discontinue flying to Cape Town or there are related issues that prevent you from travel in advance of your reservation date, you'll receive a full refund as we did in March and April, 2020.

We provide guests with recommended PPE if requested, an oximeter and an infrared thermometer should you need them.

The two person staff (indoor/outdoor) are temperature & oxygen checked daily, wear recommended PPE and prefer to maintain two meter social distancing at all times. If you wish to have your floor made up during the day, Maggie performs these tasks with recommended PPE (mask, gloves, face shield and eye protection) and performs enhanced daily cleaning measures to insure that you feel comfortable and confident that your floor is clean, safe and tidy.
