This is a quiet neighborhood and everyone expects privacy and respect. Please do not wander onto our neighbors' property. There is a wire fence to the north, the creek to the east and the pond to the south. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, LOUD PARTIES, FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY! VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are an active couple that enjoy traveling as well as staying at home enjoying time with our friends and family. We created Whispering Pines Cottage, Explorers Cove of Holland and Lighthouse Inn of South Haven to have places to both vacation and feel at home. We poured our hearts into making every aspect of our properties everything we would want in a vacation home. We wanted places near Quaint Towns, Beaches on Lake Michigan, Great Restaurants and Breweries and the Great Outdoors to explore. Southwest Michigan is a perfect fit for all of it! Our family wouldn’t be complete without our cute pup Punkin, so of course we love bringing her along on all of our adventures and know you would too! That's why we always allow doggos on our properties. We charge a small $50 pet fee but it's well worth it to bring them along!
Some of our favorite pastimes are hanging out on the beach playing volleyball, kayaking and paddle boarding or training for a triathlon (that one is just Christine). Christine went to Michigan State and Wayne State so we are Spartan fans but we cheer for all BIG 10 teams! James is from the big city of Chicago, which is where we currently reside.
