Private and very quiet country setting nestled between large maple and oak trees. Close to Acadia National park, Bar Harbor, Camden, Belfast, and only a short drive to Bangor. Four miles to Fort Knox State park and Observation Tower overlooking the beautiful Penobscot river. Free private and safe parking, outside fire pit with two free armfuls wood available. This second floor apartment has been smoke free and pet free.

Walking and hiking paths and trails at close by Moose Point State Park, along the beautiful Belfast water front, and in Bucksport along the river and close to shopping and restaurants. The entrance to Baxter State Park is about 100 mile drive along some very beautiful scenery. If you like to do antique shopping, this area has multiple shops, flea markets, and road side antiquing delights.

Yes is a rescue dog that we have had a short while. She is friendly and passive. She is normally contained to the main house area where we reside. She is not allowed in the Airbnb apartment. When we are outside and about our home she could be with us. There should usually be no contact between our guests and ZENA or only the minimal amount of contact with ZENA that our guests choose to have with her.
