The room is located on the top level of the house. Private entrances (front and back patios.) A beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee during the morning and watch the sun rise over the scenic view of the bay. Killick Island, which you will see in the photo, was an important military base during the Second World War in Botwood. As part of construction on the airbase, a causeway was made to Killick Island. Ammunition bunkers were dug out and still stand there today.

Our neighbourhood is a friendly and inviting one with numerous families. Neighbours are respectful of one another and strangers alike. It's a safe area where children and youth are able to play without concern while still appropriately monotored according to age and/or need.

There are no known issues with individuals nor animals.

People live privately but are welcoming and helpful. Many are eager to meet new people and develop new friendships with newcomers to our community.

Noise pollution is low and allows guest(s) to go about their business with relative quiet and rare disturbance.

Friendly, welcoming, brutally honest ,jovial, courteous, humourous, patient, helpful, eager to please, knowledgable, and complete animal lover.

A host concerned with the smallest comfort that can be provided. Guests are meant to feel relaxed as if they were home. There is also the option of settling in to relax on ones own. Privacy is respected. Should any guests desire some socializing the hosts are always available to help assist and hopefully amuse or entertain on occaision.

We value privacy but not to the point of total isolation of course. We're a friendly cast of characters who enjoy a good laugh with new and interesting acquaintances. That often includes a hearty scoff (meal) for all to enjoy. Our interests are broad across many genres and we are quite understanding and open minded. Eager to learn about the ways of others through previously unknown methods. Beliefs, families, homes, foods,adventures and journey's elsewhere. We have a decent collection of novels-we love reading various types. We are open to pretty much any type movie-within reason. But even that isn't so rigid as it may sound. We love travelling anywhere and everywhere. Music has to be a love of all individuals. Taste is extremely broad in music and in literature. Humour and laughter is paramount. We aim for everyone to enjoy themselves. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
