This luxurious & private guesthouse apartment is in a separate building from the main house on a quiet acre with beautiful sunrise & sunset views. The property is a wonderful place to relax & enjoy the peaceful serenity of the property’s surroundings. Beautiful Rabbit Creek is just a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes from South Anchorage shopping, entertainment, restaurants & attractions, 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes to Alyeska Ski Resort.

This separate and private apartment is located on an acre of the upscale South Anchorage, Hillside district. There is a 60” Smart TV in the living room and another TV in the bedroom, both with Wi-Fi connection for your entertainment and dependable high-speed internet. SPACE IS 100% YOURS!!

The kitchen is fully stocked with a rolling breakfast bar that seats up to 4, a variety of pots and pans, casserole dishes, baking dishes and sheets, coffee maker, French press, electric tea pot, and more. Also included are a variety of spices, coffee, sugar and teas. Aluminum foil, saran-wrap, freezer paper are stocked, along with many more amenities to make your stay amazing!

The private bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress, super soft linens, lots of pillows, plenty of extra linens and cozy blankets.

There is a brand new couch that pulls out and pops up to be a nice comfy bed and is also all provided with an extra set of soft linens, pillows, blankets and throws.

In the large bathroom there is a double sink, hair dryer, toiletries, an abundance of large, fluffy towels and complimentary wash cloths.

The unit has a large washer and dryer with laundry detergent, softener and bleach provided.

I am committed to our health and provide all the necessary cleaning supplies to sanitize as well as providing Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process for your safety.

The upper deck is for your enjoyment. Deck is west-facing and provides amazing, warm sun in the afternoons and gorgeous sunset views with comfortable seating area for 4 guests and a gas grill with utensils and propane provided.

I have HUGE backyard that gets ALL DAY SUN!!!! I have every type of camping gear you can think of available....and if I don’t have something you need, I will try to get it! You can even camp out in the backyard in you like!!

***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS FAIRLY NEW CONSTRUCTION AND THE BACKYARD IS JUST THIS SUMMER GETTING LANDSCAPED AND ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS :)
