Spacious newly refurbished 2bd/1 bath half of a duplex at Black Sound w/boat slip. Beds can be set up as one King sized or two XL Twin for each room - it's your choice. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
The large eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator & 5.5 cu. ft. chest freezer, stove & microwave. The bathroom is complete with tub, shower, sink & toilet.
WI-FI throughout unit and Cable TV.
A/C throughout. Exterior sided but not painted yet.

NOTE: Blair's Bungalow is located on the street side of the property and has access to the large private dock on the other end of the property that is directly situated on Black Sound. Blair’s Bungalow is about 100 yards from the dock.

Having been in the hospitality business for a quarter-century and receiving 5-star reviews for our remote Alaska lodge, we've developed a passion for sharing unique destinations with guests and friends alike.
When the opportunity to purchase this property came up, we jumped on it. We started our restoration and finished the first phase of renovating Blair's Bungalow in time for guests during the summer of 2019. Then along came Hurricane Dorian. That tragic event set our project back a year or so, but we're at a point now where we've been able to get Blair's Bungalow and Aly's Hideaway up and running for island visitors and we couldn't be more thrilled.
It's a beautiful piece of property that we plan to continue to restore and upgrade over the next few years.
The property stretches from Black Sound to the road and has a large house by the water, serving as our personal residence. The 1/2 acre property also has a nice-sized duplex that houses Blair's Bungalow and Aly's Hideaway - each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
We will still be running our Alaska's Anvik River Lodge for a few more summers. But rest assured that when we're not here in person to greet you, our very capable associates Dawn or Julie will greet you and take care of any questions you might have.
