Cozy, heritage, almost 100 year old coastal cottage.
Enjoy 1 of 10 beaches in the area, some within walking distance. While home, enjoy a fire in the back yard and if it’s quiet, listen to the waves crashing.
Dine out at one of the many restaurants near by, including world famous Shore Club lobster dinner.
Find a treasure in one of the many antique stores or take a slow Sunday drive through Chester, Mahone Bay or Lunenburg.
Owners are locals and live close by for any needs that may arise.

Tempat
The home has three bedrooms upstairs.
Bedroom A: has one queen size bed
Bedroom B: has one queen size bed
Bedroom C: has bunk beds (twin on the top bunk and double on the bottom bunk)

The living room has a couch with a twin size daybed for extra seating and sleeping.

There is an open style kitchen/dining room/ entrance area with plenty of seating.
A smaller front porch with a few seats on it as well as a small backyard with a fire pit and seating. *note fire wood is not provided.

Note:
The bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. So may not be appropriate for infants or toddlers. Please contact me for any further information regarding this issue.

We can also negotiate to cook a meal from a small menu and deliver for an extra fee. Please contact for further information regarding this service.

House rules:
As we are not charging a cleaning fee, we ask that you...
1: Strip all beds of their sheets that have been used and any linens or towels that have been used and please place them in the kitchen.
2: Clean and put away any dirty dishes that were used.
3: Bag up garbage and leave by front door.
4: Please use ash trays available when smoking outside. Absolutely No smoking inside.
5: No pets, unless required service animal or otherwise approved.
6: The home is on a well and septic system
so we ask that you only flush the toilet paper provided and discard of all other products in th trash can provided.
7: Please respect our space during your stay and leave the cottage, in more or less the same way you arrived.
8, 9 & 10: ENJOY YOUR STAY! :)

There are so many gems in Hubbards. The beaches being the first draw. But then there’s the Shore Club - the oldest dancing hall in North America and lobster dinner. Also close, the Hubbards cove coffee shop, the waterfront, nslc liquor store, grocery store, NS hooked rug museum, Aspotpgan Golf Course, Rails To Trails hiking and biking trail system, fishing spots, excellent kayaking areas, scuba diving, snorkelling, paddle and surf board rentals and much, much more.

A local Hubbards gal who is looking to be a wonderful host to all those who arrive.
I’ve been to many different countries, cities and towns and while I love travelling, I always love come home to the East Coast.
My husband and I are raising our family here and enjoy the area year round.

Living close by, we can a great resource for those staying with us. But it’s up to you how much we see you. You can be totally private or join us for a nice summers beverage.
We are avid hikers and outdoorsy people too, so we know so great spots.

Ultimately, we just hope you enjoy your stay in Nova Scotia and tell all your friends and family about the wonderful stay you had.
