Hi, I'm Iryna and I speak English, French and Spanish.
The most exciting thing about my home is its location 3 min from the metro station. And 10 min walking from a bus station to Boryspil airport (Kharkivska metro station).

The room for a guest is my kitchen. The flat is not a studio, so the kitchen is a separate room and has enough privacy. The kitchen-room has enough light, a balcony and everything a kitchen should have.
I provide Kyiv maps and recommendations for culture city life.

La chose superbe de ma maison est son emplacement à 3 minutes de la station de métro. Et 10 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus à l'aéroport "Boryspil".

La pièce pour un invité est ma cuisine. L'appartement n'est pas un studio, la cuisine est donc une pièce est séparée et privée.
La cuisine a assez de lumière, un balcon et tout ce qu’une cuisine devrait avoir.
Je fournis des cartes de Kiev et des recommandations pour la vie culturelle.

HOME RULE #2. It is prohibited to smoke ANYWHERE in the building (at the stairs/floor balcony/in the elevator), especially to smoke weed. This is illegal in Ukraine and I care about my relationships with neighbors.

HOME RULE #3. Please keep the bathroom door open because there is no other ventilation system. Please, switch off the lights you don't use.
