The Ocean Blue Ohana offers a spacious 770 sq/ft covered lanai. It's a wonderful outdoor living space with ceiling fans, upscale furniture, outdoor rugs, shades, and lighting. Relax with a glass of wine and pupu's on the bar height teak table with high-end swivel chairs. Read a book, take a snooze, or you might not be able to take your eyes off the ocean view from the comfortable, plush couch, and large swivel chairs with ottomans. During whale season, December through April, watch the whales breach, frolic, and swim along the South Maui coastline.
The private interior space of the Ocean Blue Ohana is 1100 sq/ft and includes a great room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open concept design living, dining, and kitchen space features air conditioning, queen sofa bed, a 65" flat screen Samsung 4K Smart TV, Bose Home Speaker, and BlueRay DVD player. High speed internet with Dual Band Mesh Wifi.
Everything is provided for an amazing meal including new Char-Broil Commercial outdoor infrared grill with side burner - stocked with grill accessories, cookware, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, ice maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, water filtration system, and more. Put a steak on the grill, sit back, relax, and enjoy the captivating ocean views and awe-inspiring sunsets.
The generous master suite enjoys the view and direct access to the lanai through sliding doors. You'll have your best dreams in the luxury Ritz-Carlton plush-top king bed made with the finest materials, along with luxury sheets created with soft, pure cotton. Across the way is a Samsung Smart TV and an alcove with lap top friendly work space as well as plenty of shelving to put your gear. Step into the en suite bathroom with two sinks, huge modern walk-in shower, complimentary Alba Botanical bath products, and abundant luxury plush towels woven of soft, pure cotton.
On the other side of the Ohana, you'll find the second bedroom which enjoys a view to the North and Maalaea Bay. The home is air conditioned with a very quiet Mitsubishi three zone mini-split system in the great room, master bedroom, and second bedroom - but but you really won’t need it with the cool nightly breeze off the mountain!
Head to the beach just a few minutes away or explore the island. Everything is included - beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, and kid’s sand toys. Upon return, refresh in the outdoor shower, then enjoy a cool drink as you gaze upon the incredible ocean view and spectacular sunset!

Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 pm. to 8:00 am per our Maui County permit as we are located in a very quiet residential area. During this time, noise from a vacation rental property shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Quiet Hours are a County requirement for licensed vacation rental homes like this one. The permit does not allow us to have any large gatherings, outdoor amplified sound, or parking on the street.
We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
- We sanitize all high-touch surfaces.
- We use cleaners and disinfectants and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
- We provide extra cleaning supplies, if you want to clean as you stay
