Pensacola beach is on the emerald-colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is rated number 4 on the list of top best beaches in the United States!! The resort has a private beach for guests only.

I offer a 2% weekly discount and a 3% monthly discount on the nightly rate and 3% for military personnel and first responders with proof. Portofino resort has a one-time check-in fee of $75.00 and a $10/nightly fee ( for entire group) in the winter, $15 in the Spring and $20 in the Summer and $10 in Fall for amenities. Escambia county requires that all hosts collect and remit a 5% local tax. This will be done via the Airbb resolution center. It’s not collected at check in.

This gorgeous unit is in the newest tower of Portofino. It boasts breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound from all rooms. It is completely renovated with a new kitchen, updated private en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. It’s tastefully decorated. You will feel right at your home by beach. This incredible condo. is a true vacationer’s dream! It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a rolling sturdy single cot as a third bed in addition to a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. My unit accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.

The amenities in the resort are endless (some not included in the price). There is an adventure park, a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the bay, tennis courts, heated pools etc.. I cannot name them all! Make a splash in one of the multiple infinity pools, or hot tubs, rent bicycles, and minicars. At the end of your day enjoy a massage in the spa that will take your stress away (price not included). There is a resort concierge that can provide you with additional information on activities you can purchase & recommendations of restaurants/bars.
Also to help you explore the area, I have a tourist guide on my page. There is plenty of free outdoor parking for your convenience. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Be sure to enjoy Portofino al Fresco offering a variety of delicious cuisines and great drinks to satisfy every palate. Sip on your favorite Starbucks coffee or snack at the Market at Portofino or opt for dine-in delivery and enjoy your meals in the comfort of the condo.. You can also choose to have a cookout on the private terrace that has an electric grill. The area also offers great restaurants!

Portofino is a beachfront resort and residence located on 28 beautiful acres between the emerald-colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle Santa Rosa Sound. It is Adjacent to the pristine Gulf Island National Seashore. Pensacola beach was rated #4 on the list if best beaches in the U.S. due to its white sand and natural beauty. Pensacola is home to the blue angels. When they have their shows, you can see the spectacle right from the beach and the resort.

If you are into nature, the beach, restaurant and bar hopping - this is the place to be. You will see birds that you won't see anywhere else. Dolphins are not afraid to swim within a few feet from you!! And don't forget the sunsets, they are the most amazing ones I have ever seen.

As your host I will be available at any time during your stay to answer your questions or resolve any issues you may have. Please bring them up to me immediately so I can address them right away. I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Things to keep in mind:

Check-in: After 4:00 PM and check out is at 10 AM. You can check in as early as you'd like to enjoy all the amenities of the resort but you cannot enter it until 4:00 PM when it will clean for you.

There is a one time resort $75.00 check-in fee upon arrival plus a fee for your party of $10.0/day per party in Fall and Winter, $15 in Spring and $ $20 in the Summer. This is not my fee, it is a resort fee.

I have no hidden fees or any extra fees. The no pet restriction is strictly enforced.

As your host, I am required to collect and remit a 5% Escambia tax on your stay. I collect it via the Airbb resolution center. Portofino is one of a kind. It’s conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and activities for all ages.
