When anyone rents 1 bedroom (or all 4) , they have the whole apartment. Very large. (We just lock the unused rooms).

We clean everything very carefully between guests so everyone is safe.

We grew up on a farm and love the peaceful life on our acreage, we hope you will too.

Fully furnished and clean. Underfloor heating, so cozy in the winter. Cool and refreshing in the summer.
There is a train track nearby. We are used to it, but some guests find the train whistle loud.

Acreages are between 2-5 acres. So we hardly ever hear our neighbors. Neighbors are all friendly and love children.

Public transportation (city bus) is 1 block away.
Highway 2A (Red Deer to Penhold is very close)
QE2 4 lane highway between Calgary and Edmonton is also close and easy.
There is a public park approximately 1 mile away ( https://apple.co/3gY6ZbU)
and another park 3 miles away.

We have 4 married adult children and 13 adorable grandchildren.

We have lived on our acreage for over 27 years. Our children have grown up and have families on their own, so we converted the entire 1600 sqft - 4 bedroom - walk out lower floor of our house as an AirBnb. Totally separate with a private entrance.
It can be rented as a

or a 2 Bedroom
or a 3 Bedroom, even a 4 bedroom if you have a large family.

We also love camping and when we are not using our RV Camper, we are listing it on Airbnb for a Outdoor camping experience.
