Your own driveway (we use a separate drive) and parking are right outside your private entrance; come & go at your lesiure. I65 is a short 6 mile access. Bed (with memory foam mattress), sleeper sofa & all furniture are new. Glass door shower and extra toiletries in bath. The room is very spacious where you can totally relax and enjoy your privacy.

Our house is on a quiet residential cul-de-sac; sidewalks for morning walks or runs.
No parking on the street please, you are provided your own driveway.
We are 2.9 miles from the center of Downtown Franklin.
Many great restaurants, Franklin Theatre, shops all 5 minutes away on Main St.

I have lived in fabulous Downtown Franklin for 11 years; and I also work in Downtown - such a treat.
The studio is completely private with a separate entrance and the driveway right outside the door which is also only used by guests. We have a separate drive on the opposite side of the house for our use. There are no shared spaces so you can be assured of a very private stay.
