Experience Urban living with a homely feel in the green side of the city in our very architecturally designed modern newly built home. “Urban Stay 39” is in a highly residential area in Colombo 05 and is close to the warm Indian Ocean and center of Colombo. It's located on the main road with easy access within a few minutes to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and all kinds of transport facilities. The location is ideal for short-stay tourists, students on study tours.

This is a charming, modern, air-conditioned room with a fully equipped private bathroom including hot water. it is safe, cozy, cool, and clean with regular cleaning service and it has a separate entrance as well.

One bedroom with a Queen size bed with a spring mattress. Accommodate up to two. accessible to living and seating area, dining, modern kitchen and pantry, unlimited WiFi, and included shaded parking for one car with private entrance.

Easy access to public transport, the airport (1 hour), and the center of Colombo (20 mins). 5 min walk to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

The modern kitchenette comprises an induction cooker, a sink, basic kitchen utensils, a microwave, an Oven, and an electric kettle with tea bags, coffee, and sugar sachets. We also have an iron and a hairdryer for your convenience. We provide you with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and two towels during your stay.

This modern newly built house is within 100 meters walk from a well reputed supermarkets, clothing stores, restaurants and cafes. The food outlets serve a wide variety of food, such as Sri-Lankan, Chinese, Japanese, European and Indian. you also get a choice of cakes/pastry shops, a coffee shop & a fresh juice outlet. These are in the close vicinity & most, within walking distance from the house. Places of worship, hospitals & laundries are situated close by. Night life too is within easy access. The place is not far from the National Museum, Main cinemas and downtown, etc.
