Nestled between beautiful homes in Ocala’s Tuscawilla Historic District, our charming pet-friendly guest cottage is a three-block walk away from Downtown Ocala, less than 9 miles away from the new World Ocala Equestrian Center & Silver Springs State Park, and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We invite you to unpack, stay a while and see all that Ocala has to offer!

The guest cottage is a detached, 300 sqft studio floor-plan structure on the side of our property. You’ll share a driveway with the main house, but the guest cottage & garden are entirely yours to enjoy. There is an outdoor bistro area and guests are encouraged to relax in the garden and utilize the grill that is supplied. The outdoor guest area is entirely fenced in for your privacy, and should you bring your furry friend along for your stay, the guest cottage landscaping has been intentionally designed with pet friendly plants & room for them to explore.

Our guest cottage is stocked with all the essentials: treats, wine, picnic & beach baskets, kitchen & bath supplies, as well as many things travelers often forget (ourselves included LOL). The queen size bed is tastefully appointed with linens from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, & West Elm.

Wether you’re here for a romantic weekend, an outdoorsy adventure, or work, our guest cottage has everything you’ll need while visiting Ocala. We continue to add additional amenities regularly and enjoy updating the décor, bedding, and landscaping with the seasons.

We are located in the Tuscawilla Historic District in downtown Ocala. Depending on the season, live music and other events are held both in the square as well as Tuscawilla Park.

Our Cottage is only a 20 minute drive from the new World Equestrian Center, 24 minutes from HITS Post Time Farm, and only 16 minutes from Live Oak Stud.

Ocala has a wonderful farmers market every Saturday from 9 am - 2 pm at the corner of SE 3rd Street & SE 3rd Ave.

My husband Michael and I have been in Ocala for the past five years. It’s a beautiful town and we are so excited to share it with travelers. We love meeting new people and exploring interesting places.

We ask that all guests, when booking, provide us with your name, a little about what brings you, and who’s coming with you.

Once you’re here, we’ll stay out of your hair, unless you ask for restaurant recommendations, or the lowdown on the nearest grocery stores (pssst...there are 4 Publix’s within 3 miles), in that case we’re just a text, call, or knock away.

We have three well behaved older dogs (Katya, Kasha, & Louie) who you may see from time to time in the windows or when they are let out in the morning, afternoon, and evening with supervision in the backyard of the main house. If you are bringing a furry companion with you for your stay, we will make sure to limit any interaction between our pups and yours.

We are so excited to share our little oasis with you and know you will fall in love with Ocala the way that we have.
