The front desk will require a $100 security hold at check-in (debit or credit card only). The security hold will be automatically released after check out.
Please note that we will not be replacing your towels during your stay. The front desk does offer towel service for fee, please inquire directly with the front desk.
Remember this is South Beach - it is a never ending party. You might be bothered by partying neighbors during Spring Break & on weekend nights.
It's a great spot if you're here for an active nightlife and going to the beach ;)

The studio is in a historic Art Deco building in the heart of South Beach (8th Street and Washington Ave). It is only 1.5 blocks from retail shopping on Collins Ave and 2.5 short blocks to the Beach and world famous Ocean Drive.

Check in is easy with the 24 hour front desk; they will give you the key cards to my studio.

We have several studios in the building - message us if you need more studios for friends!

The set up is a queen bed with a private bathroom. The building is shared with a hotel with a front desk, so you can get key cards replaced if you loose them at the beach ;)

The studio is in a historic Art Deco building. The building does not offer many frills, but you can't beat the location for the price. The studio is compact but is bright.

Given the general party atmosphere in town, please note that our location tends to attract party goers in the building and the vicinity.

The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge, toaster, coffee maker and plates, cups and drinking glasses but does not feature a hot plate/stove top ( no cooking ).

For our friends and guests unfamiliar with short term rentals, this is a non-serviced property (i.e. no daily cleaning or breakfast included, coffee is not replenished daily).

There is no parking on the premises but there is a public parking lot 1.5 blocks away.

There’s even a convenience store, bar, and restaurant on the ground level and so many more within minutes :)
You're 2 blocks from the beach, yet so many convenient shops are on the block: restaurants, cafes, liquor shop, bike rentals. Also, as you walk towards the beach you'll find great retail stores.

You're in walking distance of Espaniola Way - a pedestrian way full of restaurants AND Lincoln Road - a pedestrian way with many, many retailers, restaurants and bars.

Guests will receive the key cards from the front desk, just like a hotel. Please be aware guests must be 21 and older to access the studio and make the reservation. This will be enforced by the on site management.

This is a private unit inside a hotel building. A local manager is on call 24 hours/ day for emergencies, and available for non-emergencies during normal business hours.

Check in is at 4PM and is easy: just go to the front desk, show your identification and ask for the studio key card! Check out is 11AM and late check outs are usually not possible.
