A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with ocean views, and a covered patio to relax in ocean breezes, promising you a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. Cable TV and WiFi available. Quiet neighborhood. A 5 minute walk from the popular Sandbar Restaurant and a 15 minute golf cart ride to the main town and ferry dock.

You will be right on the Atlantic Ocean. Private swimming, kayaking, fishing and snorkeling await you. Occasionally, a turtle, rays or other fish pass by. At night you'll see cruise ships on the horizon.
A garden of tropical trees leads you from the road to the cottage. Enter through a side gate that opens to a private fenced-in backyard overlooking the ocean. The cottage has a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen.
A barbecue grill, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and covered living and dining spaces enhance your outdoor experience. Kayaks, paddle board and games like badminton/volleyball, and boules/bocce are also available for your entertainment.

Russell Island is a quiet, safe neighbourhood connected to Spanish Wells by a bridge. There are other houses that share the same cove. Our neighbours are quiet and friendly. We have a mix of vacation homes and local residences, so you can have an eclectic experience.

Sandbar Restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the house. There are several other restaurants in Spanish Wells including Wreckers, The Gap, Buddhas, Eagle's Landing and The Shipyard.
Spanish Wells and Russell Island are family-friendly with events for all ages throughout the year.
Larger public beaches are located on the north shore (Atlantic Ocean) of Spanish Wells island.

The house is managed and hosted by our manager who lives nearby.
She is an outstanding real estate agent and is well-informed about the island.
Our manager will greet you at the dock and help you to settle in.
If you are flying to North Eleuthera airport (ELH), we can arrange for taxi & ferry service to meet you at the airport. The fare for the taxi and ferry ride is about $15 per person and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Spanish Wells dock.
