This is a very simple room and it’s recently renovated. There are some details unfinished. This room is one of a 4 studios and sits on 3 acres and Part of a 40’s area art school. You will wake up to a decent view in front of you and terrible one (my time place is under construction) in the back. The back of property is still being renovated after being abandoned for the last 40 years.

Generally a nice guy. (I’m the human in the picture.) I did some detective work and got this property for a what I could pay for it,I’m very poor at this point, I’m restoring it bit by bit, With nothing but my wits and determination. It used to be called the “art ranch of pescadero, run by an art teacher from San Jose state in the 40s-50s. When I got it it had been abandoned for 40 years at least. So it’s still pretty beat.

Couple things: I have lousy cell service, but I get penalized if I don’t answer questions; sometimes people ask questions I’ve covered in the listing, I get annoyed. Because I have to drive to town sometimes to answer. People could have just read but didn’t wan to waste their time; wasting mine is fine apparently.
The place is inexpensive, if someone is seeming high maintenance to me, I usually decline right away
