Chalet YOLO (You Only Live Once!) is a luxury chalet located in the exclusive Les Clèves area of Haute-Nendaz. Its location on the edge of the "Jean-Pierre" slope allows ski-in/ski-out access and ski in/ski out access within minutes of the lifts.

The accommodation is spacious with 7 large bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people more than comfortably.
The place lends itself to stays with family, friends or for more formal occasions.

Large living room with a magnificent bay window from which you can admire the view of the surrounding peaks. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine for coffee beans and 2 ovens.

Master suite with large dressing room, bathroom with fireplace, bath, shower and toilet. Large bay window with view of the valley.
6 spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For your entertainment after a day of skiing or hiking there is a cinema room, a billiard table and a Wellness area.
Wellness area: 1 infrared sauna, Swedish sauna, year-round heated outdoor counter-current swimming spa and fitness and weight training equipment.
Shower and WC.

Gas barbecue at your disposal.
Garage for 2 cars and 5 outdoor spaces.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a large freezer.

This chalet offers you all the comfort to spend a dream stay in the 4 Vallées with family, friends or colleagues. Beds will be made for you on arrival, we provide bath and spa towels and adult bathrobes.

We can provide extra beds on request.
All rooms have beds that can be set up as twins or doubles.

Tourist taxes and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The 3 of us are originally from Belgium, but we fell in love with Nendaz and stayed here :-)

Jess and I came for the first time to Nendaz in 2008. We first worked for local businesses (ski school, rental agency, bars) and since 2012 we run our own family business in Nendaz.
We rent out and manage several properties in Nendaz and love to share our experiences and information about the region with our guests. Mountain bike in the summer, ski in the winter, we can give you all the good deals and places to go to!

Sarah (in Nendaz since 2005) works with us since 2019 to make sure you have all the info you need for your arrival and stay.
