This is the newest Lake home rental in Beachwalk Resort. Located right on Lake Kai. This home is perfect for multi family or large family stays. This house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms located on 3 floors. What stands out in this house is the main floor. It’s an open concept design that includes 20 foot cathedral ceiling and has floor to ceiling windows. Which means tons of light and an incredible view of Lake Kai from every corner. This main room is perfect for family gatherings, especially with a gas fireplace in the living room, TV and of course....a fully stocked kitchen. The indoor dining table seats 6, plus another 6 person dining room table outside on the covered deck. Not to mention, 4 more additional seating at the kitchen Island
6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Sleeps 16 ( 8 adults in 4 separate bedrooms ) - 4 bunk beds located in 2 separate bedrooms - sleeps 8 kids
Maximum Capacity:
8 Adults & 8 kids. A total of 16. - If it is determined that more than 16 were in the home. The $500 deposit will not be returned. So, please be honest.
First Floor:
The main floor has 3 of the 6 bedrooms. A Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 rooms have Queen size beds. The main floor has another full size bathroom that has access to the main living area.
First Floor Deck:
The main floor has has an outdoor screened in Porch with Outdoor Patio Furniture Set ( Wicker Rattan Sectional ) and an outdoor dining table that seats 8 people
2nd Floor:
The- upstairs has 2 Bedrooms ( a Large room with a King size bed that includes a sitting area - perfect for families with a baby needing space for a Pack-N-Play ) and 1 full size bathroom. The upstairs also has the 1st of 2 Kids rooms. This Kids room has a set of 2 bunk beds and is perfect for little ones that need to be supervised :) Last but not least, the upstairs also features a sitting nook and kids play area with unobstructed views of Lake Kia. Perfect for getting lost in your favorite book and away from the crowd.
Downstairs:
The Downstairs has the 2nd kids room with 3 bunk beds. This room is designed for older kids and/or teens to have their own space. The downstairs also has another large sitting area, that includes a large 65 inch Flat screen TV, and a Bar for entertaining the Adults. There is also another dining table with seating up to 10 people downstairs.
Also downstairs, is an indoor Fooseball Table and a Brand New 9 foot Shuffleboard game.
**** However, due to scratches on the first rental and the entire Shufflebroad power spilled all over the basement - this game is for ADULTS ONLY ****

Adult bedrooms:
All 4 adult bedroom are equipped with their own Amazon Echo Dot for music, etc;
As well as your own “sound machine” to help with sleep
Outdoors:
However, the best feature of the downstairs is the Walk-out double doors to a back patio and directly to Lake Kai. The outside area includes a fenced in stoned patio with 8 Adirondack chairs , another outdoor dining table with seating for 6, gas fire pit. Under the deck, there is another Outdoor Patio Furniture Set, Wicker Rattan Sectional
Outdoor Shower:
Along side of the house is an outdoor spray area to rinse off the sand before going inside. It’s a shower head with Hot and Cold water.
HOT TUB:
Our newest addition is an outdoor 6 person Hot Tub.
Available ONLY during the the "off season" months - October 1st thru April 30th. to relax and enjoy the cold weather.
The Hot Tub is NOT available during summers months of May, June, July, August and September. This Hot Tub will be drained and locked during this time. it's Beach time... not Hot TUB Weather.
CLEANING:
We have implemented Airbnb/VRBO'S new 5 step cleaning protocols, these cleaning protocols based on CDC guidance and in consultation with experts in the fields of sanitization and medicine.
*** POTENTIAL - Extra Cleaning Fee ***
2 days prior to your check out date, we will send you an email with a "check-out check list." This is to assist you in preparing the home for your departure. Due to our home having been previously left in extremely poor and dirty condition, our cleaners will charge us another $200 to have it properly cleaned and prepared for our next guests. So if your party is the type that just comes in and leaves without doing anything - then Costa del Sol is simply not for your group. Please understand, this is "our" home and we except you to treat it as if it were "your" home during your stay. We are sharing this experience with you and your group, and expect that you take care of our home. So, if the home is left in complete disarray, such that our cleaners charge us another $250 to clean. Then this extra charge will be passed on to your party and will be taken from your deposit.
So please, clean up after yourselves and remember... you are responsible for your entire group and lastly - Please, please supervise your children.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
During Peak Season: ( May 15th thru September 30th )
Check-in time is 4pm Check-out time is 10am.
This leaves exactly 6 hours for our cleaners to clean, sanitize and prepare for our next guest. For this reason, our cleaners will arrive promptly at 10am. They have their own code AND will enter at 10am. So please be considerate and respectful. This is a very important job and we appreciate your attention to this.
NON - Peak Season: ( October 1th thru May 14th ) Check-in time is 4pm Check- out time is 10am - However based on reservations, we are can be more flexible
★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. 1 gas tank for the BBQ and 1 gas tank for the firepit. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
