This brand newly remodeled chalet style home boasts white ship lap ceilings, cedar walls and open beams. Large picture windows reveal the Chugach mountains range. It’s open floor concepts has the feel of a mountain lodge with the modern upgrades of a town house. Bedroom loft features beautiful architectural design and comfort. This place is a wonderful getaway for a couple or a family up to 6. Neighboring Kincaid State Park with its ocean views and large trail system offer a variety of activity

This home is an upstairs downstairs style duplex. It has countless charm factors and will make you feel warm and cozy inside! The main level boasts great views and gorgeous interiors! High end furnishings and linens will make you feel like royalty! The whole house with 2 levels is yours to enjoy!

HOUSE RULES:
-Guests must NOT wear street shoes inside the house. There is plenty of provided space for shoes and ample coat hooks in the entry area. House shoes and slippers are welcome!

-THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house or within 50 feet of the house. This house rule will be enforced. Please be respectful of other guests who use the common space of decks and outside air as they enter and exit and refrain from all forms of smoking onsite.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, this applies to both drugs and Internet activity (file sharing, etc).

- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests.

~Kids and small children count as a guest.

- If you use the kitchen, please clean up any spills and splatter you create while cooking and place your used plates & silverware into the dishwasher.
Please hand wash any larger items, such as pots and pans.

- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

- Please treat this home as if it was your own

~ Please do not take bath towels, pillows, cushions outside.

- At the end of your stay, please make sure all windows are closed and locked and all outside doors are closed and locked.

~PLEASE make sure power and all lights are off before leaving.

Our place is nearby Carrs Groceries, ACE hardware, Jewel Lake Bowl, Value Liquor, Kaladi Brothers Coffee Shop, post office, and even Alaska Club and Yoga Studio. There are several dining options as well. We are only 5 minutes drive from Anchorage International Airport! Nearby Jewel Lake Park is a great little place to spend a day swimming or paddle boarding g in summer and ice skating for ice fishing in winter. They have sand volleyball and playgrounds as well as barbecue grills and covered eating areas. Check it out. Go for a run or a ski on the Kincaid trail system! It’s a blast! How about Frisbee golf? Kincaid has an excellent course. This area is Anchorages hidden treasure. It feels like a small town with all the convenience of a big city.
