This newly remodelled apartment is located in one of the most divined neighbourhoods Saranda has to offer. Just a 2 minute walk will be enough for you to please your all your cravings since everything from the crystal clear sea to restaurants and supermarkets are located near the apartment. The apartment offers a kitchen space, a dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Every area of the house is fully equipped. We also offer fast wifi and a reserved parking spot.

This is a newly renovated apartment is equipped with every essential amenity possible. The kitchen offers cooking basics such as pots and pans which enables you to cook a great meal. It also offers a microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, stove and a toaster. There is a dining area where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast with your family. Then there is the living room where you can relax on our comfortable sofas and watch tv after an exhausting day. Moving on, there are two bedrooms on the apartment. One bedroom has a queen sized bed while the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a big wardrobe which is perfect for a long stay. The apartment also offers a fully equipped and modern bathroom. There is a washing machine and a drying rack which is fantastic for a long stay. Finally there are two spacious balconies. One of them offers a view of the Ionian Sea where you can enjoy your daily cup or coffee or watch the majestic sunset.

This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods Sarande has to offer. You can access the beach and some of the best restaurants in town with just a 2 minute walk. There are plenty of supermarkets close to the apartment so shopping wont be a problem. Just 200 meters from the apartment is located the newly reimagined boulevard which is a popular tourist attraction in Sarande.
