If you are in Athens for a vacation, business or just for a short stay, you have found the perfect place for your stay, so it is ideal for couples, friends, business travelers and others looking for relaxation and easy access to transport.

🆘 Please, together with your reservation, write me the time of arrival at the apartment together with the time of your departure of your last day (if it will be normal at check out time at 11:00 or earlier).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building (without elevator) in the beautiful Neapoli Exarchia in center of Athens.
It is 62 square meters, fully renovated.
I lived in this house with my children 🙂
It is a smart home. The house is equipped with smart devices and latest technology and is constantly being upgraded...

Your arrival will be without the host, with a lock box ( outside) and smart lock (inside). 🔒

It has no noise and was designed to calm the visitor to give him peace of mind for relaxation or even creation. The apartment is sunny and consists of a living room with corner seating, smart TV with internet access and applications (use your own password to login) , a double bedroom with air conditioning and an electric decorative fireplace with flame and warmth or without heat. There is A/C in the bedroom, a large sliding wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and an open plan kitchen / living room with A / C.
The apartment is fully functional and all electrical and non-electrical appliances are operated and checked before each arrival and departure.
If something or any device breaks during your stay, let us know immediately so it can be replaced right before my next guest arrives.

I would very much please during your stay in the apartment, in case you do not know how an electrical appliance works (as each country may differ in functionality) to contact me directly and guide you :) i am always available for your every question.

✳️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic facilities for preparing breakfast and regular meals.
✳️ The apartment is sterilized for every new visitor, and cleansing articles are provided.
✳️Access is also available on the veranda on the side of the apartment, where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or dinner.
