walking distance to Franklin's historic downtown square (just under 1 mile with sidewalks).
Interstate access (I-65) is also one mile away.

The space is a bedroom within our home that has a dedicated full bathroom accessible only from within the bedroom.
(ie You won't have to go out into a hallway to get to the bathroom.)
You will also have full, dedicated access to an open sitting area outside the bedroom.
It includes an arcade game and foosball table you are welcome to enjoy.

You enter the space through the front door, but go directly upstairs.
This layout allows you to come and go privately.
We are mostly empty nesters, though one teen does still come home to sleep, not much else. :)

The queen bed features a mattress we bought less than 1 year ago.

Common Areas:
Please enjoy the front porch swings and rocking chairs. Mornings and evenings on the front porch are very relaxing as it overlooks 90 acres of undeveloped fields.
A big gas & charcoal grill is available for your use on the back deck upon request.
Shared laundry facilities are available to you as needed.

We are fully vaccinated and upon request, we are happy to greet guests with masks.
