Situated on the top floor of the building, with 2 flights of stairs from street level & NO LIFTS.
It has a really nice vibe to it!
You will relax at the back part of the building with some ocean views & leafy treetop outlook from all windows.

-KITCHEN is fully equipped, also has a Nespresso Latissima coffee pod machine, complimentary envelope tea, Moccona coffee sticks.

-BATHROOM newly renovated shampoo conditioner, shower gel ETC

-RE-LAUNDRY with top loader & dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry liquid

-RE-GARAGE- accommodates a v SMALL, TINY CAR ONLY NOT a SUV.
We have always been able to find easy FREE street parking to accommodate a large motor home.
Guests are welcome to use the garage to store their bikes, please advise WHEN BOOKING.
We strongly recommend that all guests to have adequate travel insurance as our insurers do not cover for any loss or damages.
