Located in the coastal/rural town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, the Tucker "Inn" Southcoast is a brand new (8/21), private rental paradise provisioned to accommodate up to 14 family members in a spacious, comfortable 5 BR/3.5+ Bath home. Construction was completed in Spring 2021 with top quality finishes throughout. The setting is spectacular. Look at it on EARTH (satellite). The property is part of the original land purchased from the Mayflower settlers in c. 1669! Encompassing about 3,000 acres at it's height, the Inn abuts Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT) Reserve meadows, fields, stonewalls, rivers, woods creating quite the backyard! Read the reviews....you will feel "away from it all"....BUT once out the driveway, you are minutes to Dunkin, beaches, fishing, boating, shopping and dining on freshest seafood ever. Multiple beaches. Multiple golf courses. Too many great restaurants to list! We found the perfect location and now you have too! THE "INN"
2750 sq. ft., 5 BR/3.5+ Bath
- The "Inn" is brand new construction (2021) and a new purchase. What started as a tiny 1938 farmhouse ended up as a 2750 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 3.5+ bath house that is very cool and rather unique. This is not the Budgetel. High-end everything!
BEDROOMS
- Sleeps 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with luxury hotel style beds plus sleep sofa, airbeds, recliner, chaise and couches for larger groups.
- The 2nd floor Master is a big room, almost 400 sq. ft. There is a king size bed on the rear with two twins on the frontside and a full size sleep sofa in the middle. Perfect for families with younger children who want shared space and privacy. Sleep 6+ in one room with private full bath.
- 2nd Floor Rear Queen has a queen size storage bed with a seating area including a stress-less leather chair and ottoman, 50 " HDTV, desk/chair/mirror and USB charging ports bedside
- 2nd Floor Front Queen is identical across the hall..... a queen size storage bed with a seating area including a leather chair and ottoman, 50 " HDTV, desk/chair/mirror and makeup mirror (bridal parties!)
- 1st Floor Rear has a queen size storage bed with a 43" HDTV, French Doors and armoire closet.
- 1st Floor Front is 5th BR/Office room. Configured as a bedroom/office this room is bonus space with a full bed and armoire, desk/chair and wireless printer.
NOTE:
Additional sleeping options can be deployed for larger families i.e. airbeds, sectional sofa with power recliner and chaise ends.
BATHROOMS
- 4 bathrooms (3 full/1 half) plus an outdoor shower
- Maytag washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided
- The kitchen is fully provisioned with Cuisinart everything
- Olive oil and spices. Gas cooking.
- Kitchen island features 3 swivel bar stools and breakfast bar
- The dining area includes a beautiful table with 10 matching chairs. The table expands from 7 to 11 feet with extra seating space for the whole family.
THE "OUT"
- Behind the "Inn" and barn are thousands of acres of pastures, meadows, fields, woods, streams and stonewalls (c. 1669).
- Large terrace with outdoor kitchen, wood fire pit with seating walls, chat and dining area and sun loungers. (Heavenly)

- Traditional farmhouse porch on front with seating to watch the action (fun to have your coffee as you watch everyone else go to work!)

FINE PRINT
- As a licensed rental property with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts we follow the SafeStay (AHLA - USA) Cleaning and Sanitization Procedures.
- We do not charge a cleaning fee and ask that you leave the house like you found it. If for some reason you cannot clean the house before you leave, we reserve the right to charge your damage insurance an excess cleaning fee.
- The nightly fee is for up to 14 guests. Over house max possible with written agreement.

We’ve used our years of experience as a rental property owner to provision the house with everything it needs; however, as this is a new home that’s just recently been outfitted, we are always just a call/text away if there is something you need.
