Located just over 2 hrs from GTA, this four season cottage is located in the heart of Muskoka on beautiful Leech Lake with 90' of south west exposure. This is an idyllic spot for a family getaway where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sit by the fire, BBQ & create memories! Enjoy the beautiful lake for swimming, canoeing, fishing and paddle boarding. This beautiful cottage has been recently renovated & has a modern feel throughout the property. Within 30 mins to the town centre and attractions.

Bright, airy and spacious with all day sunlight, the cottage is ideally set up for multiple families, couples or friends looking for a quiet getaway. An outdoor fire pit is available during Spring, Summer and Fall for roasting marshmallows and the dock with blue Muskoka chairs provide breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Gentle entry into the water is perfect for families with young kids. Canoe, kayak and paddle board available during your stay.

And if you enjoy fishing then you're in luck, as you will find rainbow trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass in this beautiful lake

Available to use for our guests are well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and coffee maker with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Enough plates, bowls, cups, serving dishes, utensils, pots & pans for your cooking and baking use. BBQ and propane also included. Please note that the upstairs and downstairs is connected through the outside only.

Cottage rules:

- Not suitable for parties, please respect our neighbors
- No smoking on the premises
- No powered motorcraft
- No fireworks
- Septic system - do not flush anything but toilet paper
- Garbage must be managed properly and taken at the end of your stay

I lead multiple teams at one of the largest technology solution providers in North America. I thrive in improving things, starting with myself. I love meeting new people but also listening to a book while going on a jog. Keeping everything clean is my religion, and it's sometimes hard when you have a four legged friend that loves to run around. Just kidding, he's not messy as he just turned 13 and has become a lazy bum.
I love travelling and am excited for us to get past this pandemic. With travelling, I also thoroughly enjoy good food and like trying all sorts of cuisines. My recent visits were to the Maldives with my better half (per the pic), to Skardu (one of the largest mountain ranges in Pakistan) and Thailand (Phuket, Bangkok & Chiang Mai).
