This newly renovated bright space has private entry with terrific views of the river and giant cypress trees shading the entire back lawn. It includes full kitchen, living room, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, L-shaped porch with comfortable chairs, shady back yard leading down to the large dock.

Provided for guests is Xfinity WIFI, new smart TVs in the living room and bedroom and detached laundry building with new Speed Queen washer/dryer.

One of three units on approximately 1 acre lot. Outdoor areas are considered shared. Each unit has dedicated parking.
