For your little bundles of joy, you will find the pack n' play/travel crib for infants and toddlers in the master bedroom closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a set of twin beds and ample closet space. Enjoy the spa like bathroom with faux shower/tub stone and basic amenities provided, perfect to get your long term stay started! The living room provides a cozy modern minimalist ambiance with a sofa/futon option. Catch up on your latest shows with a 55in Roku streaming TV and free WIFI, just bring your favorite app login! The kitchen is full sized and stocked with your essential cooking needs and appliances.

Welcome to Jacksonville's Historic Riverside! One of the most inviting areas around town with an array of dinning and shopping options, many of which are locally owned. Riverside is one of the oldest communities in Jacksonville, home to several parks, museums, and friendly faces. If you stay with us over the weekend be sure to check out the Riverside Arts Market every which runs every Saturday from 10am-3pm, here you will find local vendors including artists, crafters, food trucks and more. Riverside is centrally located, just minutes to downtown, sports and concert arenas, and major hospitals.

Though we lack a washer/dryer, monthly stays include a wash/dry/fold service. For shorter stays laundry pick-up and delivery services check out: Laundry Care or Wash Day. This is a great option for long term stays, enjoy your vacation (or workcation :-) ) and allow someone else to handle the dirty work at an affordable price! There are also several 24 hour laundromats near by if you'd prefer to do it yourself.
