No attached bathroom - you will use camp's modern bath house.

Grounds include plenty of fire pits, a river front beach with and community gas and propane grills.

A former Gold & Gem Panning operation on the Second Broad River, this little slice of paradise was once a part of the United States' first gold rush, in one of the most bustling regions in the early 1800s.

This tiny "glamping" cabin is an oasis packed into 120-sf. Complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and private back deck, this studio promises to be a cozy getaway. Gold River is the perfect base camp for your adventures; with dozens of activities within 30 minutes, you won't be short of entertaining options to choose from.

Tiny cabin does NOT have a bathroom, you will use a modern community bath house - please provide your own towels.

Within 20-30 minutes there are numerous great activities, including: two easy waterfall hikes, nationally known biking trails, river tubing on the Catawba river, and a handful of winery and brewery stops. We will have a large packet of suggestions waiting in your room!

Welcome to our charming camp on the edge of adventure. We're the owners, Kathryn and Trevor, but let's be honest, the bosses are the ones is diapers and our sweet pups, Maya and Ghost.

In 2018 we took a perspective changing round-the-world trip; when we returned we knew we wanted life to look different, we just didn't know exactly how. By the grace of God, we were blessed to find our little slice of paradise and now we get to share it with you.
