Completely refreshed for September this year, this 160sq/m (1800 sq/f) is a massive unit with plenty of room for the family, or the perfect escape from the outside world. Everything is new in the unit. Beds, linens, fans, air conditioner, plates and cutlery, lighting, sofas, 5.1 stereo and 65" tv, dining table set, and so much more. Fresh and clean is exactly how it feels walking in the front door.
The master bedroom has spectacular views of the pool and ocean from the bed, an en-suite private bath including floor-to-ceiling Spanish tile, bathtub/shower, double sinks, and 2 large mirrored closets to hold your belongings; and stunning views from the throne of kite beach from the 2nd floor perch
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 large mirrored closets, a dedicated work area for the traveling professional, and a bathroom located next to the bedroom for convenience. If needed, an additional single bed for the guest room can be provided at no extra cost.
The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. With a completely stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, we hope that time spent around the kitchen is a relaxing a nutritious event.
In the living room our new fantastically comfortable sofas allow full relaxation while you enjoy the 65" Samsung smart TV. Combined with the matching 5.1 Samsung sound system, private fiber optic high speed wifi, and a full US programming television package including international news channels, a dozen sports channels like ESPN, over a dozen movie channels like HBO, Showtime, Encore, Starz, Cinemax and more, you have all you need to stay entertained for your time off the water.
The terrace overlooks a meticulously manicured garden that offers front-row views of the pool and the famous Kite Beach and it comes with your own private bbq for making amazing cook outs. Watch the family enjoy the beach side pool while appreciating the kite surfers and horses pass by as you relax on the terrace. Combined with a full kitchen and private in house laundry machines, this is your home away from home.
For kiters we have an onsite air compressor for you to easily pump your kites and our large grassy lawn is the perfect place for you to roll your kites up on. Beach showers and water hoses are provided for you to rinse off yourself and your gear. For kite and surf gear storage, locker rentals are available for holiday use and long term rentals.
The condominium is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the airport, nightlife, and the city center. You’ll love our place because of the ocean views, the direct access to the beach, the kite and family-friendly atmosphere, and the care and consideration taken into every aspect of your stay from the impeccable cleaning, to onsite owners who are here to provide you with anything you need. Our place is fantastic for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with infants and children) who want to be close to the ocean and live in sublime comfort. Each building comes with an elevator. And our unit is located in a gated complex with 24-hour private security.
Just 25 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport (POP), Cabarete is the mecca for water sports and outdoor adventure in the Caribbean. Located on Kite Beach and 1.5 km from the center of town. Our complex is a quiet, peaceful atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the sporty vibe of the region. Cabarete is a beautiful blend of Caribbean soul and international flavors.
All of the beautiful artwork on our walls were created by a friend and local artist Chilvers Art here in Cabarete. If you fall in love with any of her pieces you, can purchase it and the artist will pack the painting for you take home with you at the end of your stay.

We live right here at Cabareef so we are always nearby and happy to help.

We offer free, private, safe parking in our gated complex with 24-hour security guards. Self Check-in is available and there is a private entrance into the condominium. We have key-less entry with a private door code that will be provided upon arrival. Luggage drop is allowed for your convenience if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Our condominium is only one of 20 other units on a spacious oceanfront property that provides plenty of room for you to enjoy paradise without any crowds. You will feel like you have your very own private slice of paradise.
