Furnished with rest and relaxation in mind our three bedroom home, sleeps six.
Only a 10 minute walk to the Main Street, and with easy access to wineries and attractions this is a wonderful base to explore the north east of Victoria.

This beautiful home with cottage garden is furnished to ensure you relax from the moment you walk in the door. Based in a quiet cul de sac, the house itself offers a peaceful outlook from the front verandah looking over to the famous 'Rutherglen Wine Bottle' whilst you quaff your afternoon away. A private rear garden overlooks a small garden and is perfect for a BBQ and outdoor living.
Cross-ventilating windows, and screen doors will allow the breezes to move through the house. There is a remote controlled split cycle air conditioner and heating unit in the main living area and a Smart TV to stream your favourites. Ceiling fans feature in each bedroom.
Catering for up to six adults, the house has three bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and second bedroom and two single bed in the third bedroom. We provide linen and bath towels, however guests may wish to bring beach towels if you plan on visiting the local swimming pool.
Enjoy cooking at home with the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, Nespresso machine and microwave). Our large outdoor table will allow you to indulge in long relaxed dinners on a warm summer’s night. Alternatively there is no shortage of dining options in town.
A laundry with washing machine and dryer is available for your use.
Summer or winter, you will love the surrounding wineries and attractions, or for something different take in the sights along the rail trail by bike.
The perfect size for one or two couples or a family looking for a quiet retreat with access to the sought after wineries and small towns that make up fro North East region of Victoria.
Some things to keep in mind:
We are not able to accept guests without a review history. This has been put in place to help eliminate the risk of parties in our quiet neighourhood.
The house will only cater to 6 adults.
Due to allergies we cannot accommodate pets.

Guests rent the entire home during their stay.
Other things to note
All renters of the property agree to ensure the following:
USE OF PROPERTY:
• There is no smoking in the house.
• No pets.
• Property is to be securely locked at all times when not occupied. Any loss during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
• The maximum number of residing occupants is to be 6 persons. The renter acknowledges that the property is advertised as such, is equipped for this maximum number of occupants and is priced accordingly.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS:
• We expect that you may wish entertain a small number of family or friends as visitors or dinner guests and are welcome to do so. Larger gatherings or functions are prohibited unless specific approval has been given. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. may be applied.
• We have a great relationship with our lovely neighbours which is based on mutual respect. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
RUBBISH/RECYCLING:
• If you are staying over a weekend please put the rubbish bins out on the street on Sunday evening for collection. If your check-out day is a Sunday it would also be appreciated if you could put out the rubbish bins out on the street on your departure.
LINEN:
Linen, pillows, blankets and towels should be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Additional linen may be hired upon request. Any loss of or damage to any of these items will incur a charge.
• A change of linen and/or cleaning can be arranged during your stay but will incur an extra charge.
DAMAGE, BREAKAGES & LOSS:
• You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. We appreciate clear communication from our guests - please notify us of any breakages or damage etc. immediately. Repair or replacement cost may be recovered (at the owner's discretion.) Any damage not reported or found on inspection for the rental will be deducted from the bond.
• Avino cannot accept responsibility for personal property such as cameras etc, that are left unattended on the property. The owners of the Avino are not liable for any damage or loss of property which a person may sustain during their stay.
CHECK-OUT:
On the day of check-out, please ensure that the property is left as it was found. This will eliminate any potential issues regarding bond refund.
• Dishes are washed and put away.
• Fridge is empty and clean.
• BBQ hotplate cleaned down after use.
• All windows and doors are locked.
• All rubbish is placed in bins at front of property. Any excess rubbish beyond bin capacity is taken away.
• Check-out time on your final day of stay is 10:00 am. Any delay to this time frame, unless previously arranged, will delay the preparation of the property for the next renter and incur additional cleaning costs, which may impact the full return of your bond.
