The property is a single family home with a private in-law apartment upstairs. Our walls are physically connected, but the 2 parts of the house are separate. You’ll be able to hear us downstairs (faintly) and our son playing in his room across the hallway (less faintly lol). If you need more privacy, that’s totally understandable, but this won’t be the right fit.
