Backyard is fenced in and spacious with outdoor seating, lighting, and a cozy corner fire pit with an awesome view of the stars. Bathrooms are beautiful, spacious, clean. All new in this beautifully renovated & cozy home less than a mile from historic downtown Guthrie!! The couch has a cozy pullout that can sleep two as well. Whether it be a work trip, couple’s vacay, or a girl’s weekend- look no further because this is your place!

Hallway leads to two bedrooms (1 queen and shower bathroom, 2 twin bunk), a bathroom with a tub and shower, and stairs that reveal one bedroom with a full bed and work desk. Washing machine and dryer available. Backyard is perfect for pets. There is a fire pit in the corner of the yard, and a grill and seating. This home is clean and new!! Smart TVs in living and master.

Hello travelers!

My name is Gabrielle McKee. Originally, I began hosting this cutie little cottage situated on the corner of historic downtown Guthrie on the weekends to help me earn enough to "get me by" while being a full-time student at the OU health sciences campus. I graduated with a communication sciences & disorders degree, but decided to pursue my newly discovered passions of hosting and real estate. My husband, Samuel graduated last May with a construction science degree and is navigating his first job in the construction industry.

With our love for all things real estate growing, I have happily taken on the role as "Host" for another beautiful, clean, NEW cottage here in Guthrie. I love being able to prepare a home and ensure the cleanest and most enjoyable stay for my guests as well as being able to get creative on ways to improve the house for guests. I welcome feedback with open arms and am always searching for ways for my guests to feel even more at home and improve function, cleanliness and comfort in these spaces.
