Our cottage is 11 minutes to historic downtown, riverwalk located on the Cape Fear, 6 minutes to Cape Fear Community College North Campus, 9 minutes to UNCW, 11 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 9 minutes to ILM Airport.

There is MC Donalds, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Lowes Food, Family Dollar, El Camino Restaurant, Circle K & Go Gas Station few blocks away.

Private room is located at the left side of the house. The room has mini fridge and microwave. Sets of plates and utensils (if needed, please clean it after use). Sets of towels and blanket, Roku Flat TV, Wi-Fi & Spectrum cable. It has a private entrance/ exit and a designated parking area. The room has shared walls. We occupied the other halfside of the house. We will respect your privacy but if you need us we are happy to assist you.

Our location is 6 minutes to Cape Fear Community College North Campus, 11 minutes to downtown Wilmington, 11 minutes to Wrightsville beach and 9 minutes to ILM airport.

Me and my husband love to fish. We are laid back and quiet. We are opening the other side of our house for guests visiting Wilmington or has a short visit/ business trip.

Our home is a cottage type. We are renting two separate rooms for individual with shared bath. Each room has private entrance/ exit and designated parking area. We will respect your privacy but if you need us just give us a call or txt we will respond as quick as we can.

Please respect our home. NO partying/ events , NO visitors, NO smoking/ e-cigg and NO drinking liquors.
