This historic house is two blocks from Main street Vermillion with all its restaurants, bars, movie theatre, beauty spas and retail shops, while sitting on a quiet street leading to the bluff overlook. Just a short stroll down to the river walk.
A relaxing, family friendly place with lots of yard space for you to enjoy.

Build in 1890 this bright home has a lot of its original features still in tact while modern comforts like central heat/air have been added.
You enter a few steps up the porch with outdoor seating into the freshly painted hallway which either leads you into the spacious, carpeted living room or up the stairs to the second floor.
The living room is divided into the TV seating area with couch and arm chair, the dining area with beautiful large bay windows and opposite is a big work desk.
Lots of large, new windows and a high pile carpet make this a bright and cosy place to be.
Passing through the living room you get into the kitchen which hasn't been updated yet, but is fully functioning and well equipped, complete with a dishwasher.
It also has a bay window with a kitchen table and seating.
The kitchen has a door leading outside to a side porch and concrete pathway to the parking pad.
Off of the kitchen is a half bath plus washer and dryer.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a full bath with bathtub and an office (or spare bedroom). (The office and bathroom are not connected to the central air. Space heater/fan are provided ).
The largest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, has a large build in closet, chest of drawers as well as a vanity drawer chest and a lounge chair.
The second bedroom is currently set up as a kids/youth bedroom. Very comfortable new full size mattress and a small desk make this a beautiful space to be.
We are leaving some toys for your child if you have one!

Hi I'm Kea Sophie. My husband Gabriel and I are originally from Berlin Germany and Vermillion, South Dakota USA.
We live/work between the US and Europe and rent out our places while we are oversees.
We used to sublet our house in LA before we bought a fourplex property in Tucson in 2018.
A lot of of the older reviews are from our LA property that we no longer own.
We also stopped renting out the large house in Tucson that did not have a fully equipped kitchen. We learned a lot and are still learning and always trying to improve.
Our style could be called eclectic with a love for vintage Americana.
