Fully renovated private lower-level unit perfectly located for all your vacation needs. Close to downtown Anchorage, hospitals, University of Alaska and right next to JBER. Being right next to the highway makes it convenient if you are exploring past city limits. You will love the modern Alaskan theme, quiet neighborhood and privacy. Features a coffee bar, hot tub, backyard, and washer/dryer.

This 2-bedroom 1 bath has a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, induction stove, and microwave.

This property is a single-family home and we converted basement into a private lower level rental unit. We live upstairs in the main house.

There is a kitchenette that includes a induction stove, mini fridge, microwave, pots and pans, silverware and knives.

NEW - We have added TV’s main bedroom and second bedroom. There is also a TV in the living room.

Coffee/Tea bar - has medium roast coffee pods, a Keurig, French vanilla creamer pods, raw sugar packets and a mixture of tea bags.

There is a huge walk-in closet that includes hangers, a steamer for your clothes, and a vanity/desk with chair.

There is one full bathroom with a shower and no bathtub.

The hot tub is not shared so during your stay it is all yours!

We are a young couple who recently purchased our first home and decided to rent out half of it so I (Christina) can stay home with our daughter and pursue my dreams of photography.

Peter is Active Duty Army and we are stationed here but plan on staying awhile. He grew up in Alaska and we absolutely love it here. I moved here from Southern California. We live upstairs with our five-year-old daughter.

When you book with us you are helping our small business grow and making our dreams come true. Reviews are a huge part of helping our business and we appreciate them so much! If you ever have any comments or concerns we would love to chat about them during your stay. We love meeting some of our guests but always give them 100 percent privacy. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable and leave happy.
