New for 2022: A new bathroom and pool toy storage area in the pool area.

Located on a corner lot, directly across from the beach access, you can't get beat the location. Enjoy a newly renovated mid level hall bath with a tile shower/tub.

Ground Level: Outside features include the newly installed saltwater pool with lots of space for tanning, enjoying a soak in the poolside hot tub, or enjoying some shade under the pergola. This area is completely gated from the house.

Mid Level: You enter the home here and will find a bedroom with a queen bed and deck access through a sliding glass door. There is another room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, a room with two twin beds, and a full bath in the hall. You will also find a lovely main bedroom with a king bed and a sliding glass door to the deck. Rounding out this level is the laundry room.

Top Level: This level features a spacious open great room with a full wall of glass to frame the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen offers a stainless steel oven and fridge and the dining area has a table for six guests with seating for four more at the kitchen bar. Just off the kitchen is a screened-in porch, the perfect place for your summer meals. Rounding out the top level is a third full bathroom. Step outside on the new Trex decks and enjoy the ocean breezes!

Amenities: A private heated saltwater pool (heat is available in May, June, and September), a hot tub, shaded pergola, multiple TVs, Trex splinter-free decks, and wireless internet. Beach access is approximately 50 feet.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

*Please note that this property has a pool which can be heated for $60 per night. Pool heat is not available in July and August. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat; at least 48 hours of notice must be given for heat to be turned on.

For 2022, the pool will be open April 29th to October 7th. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking available on-site.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
